If your startup listing is not published within the agreed timeline due to an error on our part, you may request a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Listing:

If we fail to include key information you provided in your submission and are unable to correct it within 7 business days, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

Cancellation Before Publication:

If you cancel your order before your listing is published, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

Change of Mind:

Once a listing is published, refunds are not provided for a change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to our service delivery.

Failure to Provide Required Information:

If you fail to provide the necessary details or assets to create your listing, we cannot issue a refund.

Listings that are removed due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., misleading information, prohibited content) are not eligible for refunds.

Third-Party Performance:
